We offer a live arrival guarantee for same-day Air Cargo shipments. Typically, we utilize Southwest Air Cargo, occasionally using Delta Cargo. Please note that this requires you to collect your fish from the cargo center at your airport. However, this method ensures the safest transportation for fish over long distances. Currently, we schedule shipments on Thursdays, Fridays, and sometimes Saturdays. Exceptions can be arranged, but you'll need to contact us for further details.

While it's possible to receive fish through FedEx, please be aware that the associated costs can be substantial. Using Southwest Air Cargo, the fee is $70 per box weighing less than 50 pounds. FedEx rates can sometimes be two to three times higher. Feel free to reach out to us to determine the exact cost. Shipments via FedEx typically arrive next day.

When using Southwest Air Cargo, you'll receive an airway bill and a flight time for your fish's expected arrival. It's crucial to pick up your fish within 4 hours to maintain the live arrival guarantee. Additionally, you must videotape the opening of the box and hold up each bag to verify that your fish did not survive the journey.
